Kanye West's 2010 album has reached a milestone on the streaming service.
Kanye West's discography is filled with incredible albums. From his debut College Dropout to his genre-shifting 808's and Heartbreaks, Kanye has constantly managed to one-up himself with each project. However, many people will credit My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy as the best project he ever released. In all honesty, it will likely go down as one of the best albums to be released this decade. While the project came years before the streaming era, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has reached a new milestone on Spotify.
Chartdata reports that Kanye West's 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has surpassed one billion streams on Spotify. It's a major accomplishment, especially for an album that was released before streaming services really took over the music industry. However, it does go to show that My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is one of Kanye West's most celebrated project in his lengthy discography.

Earlier this year, Kanye West produced five new albums from the G.O.O.D Music camp that were all released within a five week span. Among those was his own solo album, ye as well as his Kid Cudi collaboration project, Kids Have Ghosts. He also produced projects from Pusha T, Teyana Taylor and Nas. Additionally, he's expected to be producing an entire project for Chance The Rapper. Hopefully, that project will see the light of day soon.
