The Carters have officially brought their "On The Run II" tour to a close. Given the extent of their respective fanbases, it's no wonder that celebrities showed up in droves to the 48-show US/UK tour. Oprah called it "ART" as she was shown throwing up the "Roc" at the show in LA, while other celebrities were simply in awe.
