Kane season is upon us. Freddie Gibbs has been in go-mode since last June when he released Freddie. With Bandana set to drop anytime now, Gibbs took to Instagram to confirm the news that he's signed a deal with RCA Records in partnership with KeepCool Records. The rapper shared a series of photos and videos of himself, his manager Lambo, and KeepCool Records founder, Tunji Balogun at the RCA office.

"Shit just different when u have success with your real life friends," he wrote. "@lambolambo @tunji I love y’all niggaz like brothers. Shout out the whole @keepcool staff and everybody at RCA. Let’s get it!!!"

Following the release of "Flat Tummy Tea," it was revealed that Gibbs and Madlib's Bandana would be released through KeepCool/RCA Records and Madlib Invazion/ESGN. However, Gibbs never made the announcement until yesterday. The signing marks Freddie Gibbs first dealing with a major label since leaving Interscope in 2007. Gibbs will be joining the KeepCool roster which includes Normani, Lucky Daye, and VanJess.

Gibbs and Madlib have been teasing the release of Bandana for roughly a year at this point. Following the release of Gibbs' joint project with Curren$yFetti, he confirmed that the sequel to 2014's Pinata would arrive this year. The two began the rollout in Feb. with the aforementioned single and they followed it up last week with "Bandana."

Keep your eyes peeled for Bandana.
