Lamar Jackson looks like he's in great shape ahead of next season.

Last season was a great one for Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. The team went 14-2 and Jackson cemented himself as one of the best young quarterbacks in the league. He even won MVP for his efforts although when it came to the playoffs, the Ravens ultimately fizzled out and Jackson was forced to go back to the drawing board. However, the offseason has allowed Jackson to regroup and get in top shape for the 2020 campaign.

Over the weekend, Jackson took to Instagram where he showed off exactly how in shape he is. In the clip below, you can see Jackson engaging in a game of football on a beach with some friends. Instead of passing the ball, Jackson executes one of his signature runs and ends up running into a jetski that was parked near the water. Thankfully, he was okay.

If you're a Ravens fan, you can't help but be excited about Jackson's form here. He is one of the most exciting players to watch and the Ravens have the potential to be a dominant franchise for years to come. If he stays healthy, you would have to think the Ravens are favorites to go out and win the Super Bowl.

As long as he avoids the jetskis, he should be fine.
