teyana taylor trolls social distancing masks album listening party
Teyana Taylor clapped back at some trolls who were disappointed that nobody appeared to be wearing masks or social distancing at her album listening party.

Teyana Taylor does not have time for the faux COVID-19 experts. Her new album, quite literally titled The Albumdropped on Friday (June 19th), and to celebrate the release, Teyana threw a massive listening party a few nights earlier with a bunch of her famous friends in attendance. Teyana shared tons of snaps from the star-studded event on her Instagram story, and plenty of other attendees, such as Cardi B, Quavo, Winnie Harlow, Terrence J, and more also posted some photos from the fun-filled evening. However, some folks were not impressed with the lack of mask-wearing and social-distancing going on at the party. Although some photos do show certain party-goers sporting a mask to prevent spreading COVID-19, many were appalled at how little Teyana's guests appeared to be keeping their distance to protect one another.

Per The Blast, one user commented on a post from the party, "You really said f it masks off huh?" Another wrote, "So we just going to ignore that coronavirus is still out there?" Yet another user commented, "What the hell? What are you guys doing? This is so reckless."

Teyana took notice, and decided to shut down these attacks while clarifying the conditions of her big bash. On a post filled with photos from the special evening, the pregnant singer wrote a lengthy caption that included this saucy disclaimer: "FYI for all the internet covid experts, we had REAL Covid Police & medics that made sure we were all safe and able to have a good time all while following covid regulations. Custom “#TheAlbum” Masks and hazmat suits were also provided! Thanks for the concerns but mama is just fine." Well there you have it. Check out The Album here, streaming everywhere now.
