Kim is the latest guest to join Jay Shetty on the "On Purpose" podcast to discuss mental health and motherhood, among other things.

Kim Kardashian loves her four children, there's no denying that. Still, that doesn't mean the business mogul has had the easiest time navigating motherhood – especially since her divorce from Kanye West. The pair continues to amicably co-parent North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm to the best of their abilities, with minimal drama unfolding for the exes following a particularly tumultuous 2022. Kardashian made it clear that she's ready to start dating again recently. However, she hopes to avoid the Hollywood circle (and she's definitely not dating any Lakers) in favour of a finance bro but has yet to introduce the world to any potential prospects.

As she continues to scout out her romantic options, the SKIMS founder took time to chat with podcast host Jay Shetty about motherhood and mental illness, among other hot topics. The full episode has yet to drop, though PEOPLE has obtained an exclusive clip of their conversation during which Kardashian gets particularly candid about the highs and lows of parenting. "Everyone says the days are long and the years are short, and that couldn't be like a more true statement," she poignantly reflected in the video. "I mean, especially when they're babies and you're feeding ... there's madness going on. It's like full madness. It's the best chaos though."

According to Kim, scheduling time for a workout early in the morning helps her feel more in control of her day. After hitting the gym, she usually finds herself pulled between helping one child with their hair and putting on another's shoes all while trying to prepare breakfast. "It's like full crazy madness, cooking, running around. Like, it's wild," the socialite gushed. Elsewhere, she shared that being a mother is the part of life that's taught her the most about herself so far. "It has been the most challenging thing," Kardashian admitted. "There are nights I cry myself to sleep. Like, holy shit, this f*cking tornado in my house. Like, what just happened?"

"You know, with all the moods and the personalities and sometimes they're fighting, and you know, there's no one there," she told the host. "Like, it's [just] me to play good police officer and bad cop." Will you tap into Kim Kardashian's complete On Purpose with Jay Shetty interview?
