Wiz Khalifa delivers the first single off of "Laugh Now, Fly Later."

Wiz Khalifa's been promising new music for a minute at this point. The rapper spent the majority of this year working on his forthcoming album Rolling Papers 2. While he's wrapped that up recently, he also revealed that he plans to deliver a mixtape before he drops off the album. Yesterday, he promised a new single off of the project and he keeps to his word. Today, he finally unveils "Letterman."

Wiz Khalifa is back with his latest single "Letterman." The rapper's been teasing this single for quite some time at this point and has made his fans eager for it's release. The single doesn't disappoint by any means. The production features an interesting guitar riff while the bass quakes through the rest of the production. It's easily the next party anthem from young Khalifa. His voice is doused with auto tune on the hook before he comes through full force on the verses with his smooth flow. It's a great introduction to what Wiz has in store for us on his upcoming mixtape, Laugh Now, Fly Later. It's safe to say Wiz will deliver a body of work suitable for smoking, partying and generally vibing out. "Letterman" is a great indication of what Wiz has to offer.

Over the past year, Wiz' been teasing his upcoming album. He initially said that he'd strictly deliver an album without a precursor. However, he quickly changed his mind. Either way, we're stoked to get new music from Wiz Khalifa. There may be a chance we'll get it sooner than expected so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Quotable Lyrics
Y'all niggas broke, can't get FX
I'mma turn up, go hit a lick
Niggas that hate, don't benefit
Puffy, all about my benjamins
