What's the consensus on Migos, Cardi B and Nicki Minaj's "Motor Sport?"

Today, Migos shared "Motor Sport," their new single which may or may not be off Culture 2. The Murda Beatz produced track has already been eliciting some enthused responses, and while the Migos held it down as per usual, the internet at large seemed most impressed with the featured ladies, Cardi B & Nicki Minaj. Interesting enough, once Cardi's "Bodak Yellow" started popping off, many people convinced themselves that Nicki Minaj was none too pleased with the emergence of a new potential "queen." After all, for whatever reason, a strange narrative exists in which there can only be one successful female rapper at a time. Even after they teamed up for a collaboration, many fans began speculating if Nicki and Cardi were taking shots at each other with their parting lines.

To be honest, after scrolling through these Twitter feeds it feels like Cardi and Nicki have officially hijacked the song from Migos. Most of the discourse seems to be surrounding the ladies, praising them for their contributions and speculating on which one turned in a better effort. The Minaj brigade was out in full effect, praising Nicki's versatile flow and celebrating her status as hip-hop's established "queen." It's kind of unfortunate that Migos was largely overshadowed on their own lead single, but perhaps they expected such a reaction. After all, Offset has Cardi's back, and you'd think he'd be happy to see her holding it down.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out "Motor Sport," featuring Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, right here, and add your voice to the discourse. Who killed it?
