Marvel is slick.

Captain Marvel is the next film in the MCU, and fans are clamoring for any information on the new hero that will help defeat Thanos. Brie Larson will portray the superhero on screen, and she will be joined by Jude Law. Law is set to play Walter Larson/Mar-Vell, a hero who helped birth the present iteration of Captain Marvel. Although Marvel has gone through great lengths to hide the true nature of Law's character, and he himself has hinted at how secretive the project was, a leak has sprung.

As reported by CBR, a Funko Pop pre-order has pulled down the veil of secrecy. In a picture of all the new toys, Law's character appears to be revealed as Yon-Rogg. The toy is labeled “Star Commander," but his costume is a dead giveaway. Rogg is a traitorous villain in the comics, and it appears that the movie will adapt his storyline. Fans are speculating that he will team up with Ronan the Accuser to try to overthrow the Kree government. It also raises the question of Danvers memory, and if Disney will try to adopt the controversial brainwashing plot from the comics in some form. Check out the toys below and catch Captain Marvel when it hits theaters on March 8, 2019.
