Chris Brown isn't slowing down on his case.

Chris Brown's extortion lawsuit involving deceased lawyer Jose Victor Los Banos Giongco was dismissed in court recently but according to The Blast, the "Loyal" singer plans to appeal the ruling. Chris claimed that in 2015 he was approached by a group of armed men in his hotel room in the Philippines and they tried to extort him “by unlawfully threatening to have him arrested and sent to jail, and demanding $300,000 payment in exchange for safe passage home.”

Chris sued Jose who he claimed to be behind the whole set up but a judge dismissed the case today due to "jurisdictional issues." The publication details how Chris will not be backing down as he plans to go for Jose's estate instead.

Chris seems to be dealing with more than one legal matter as we previously reported that his ex-manager is suing him for failure in returning drug tests related to the lawsuit. Mike Guirguis sued Breezy in 2016 for false imprisonment, assault, battery, defamation, and breach of contract. Mike was brought on to Chris' team to help him repair his image after he assaulted Rihanna but it seems as though their work-ship has done more harm than help.

As for music by Chris, expect new tunes in the new year.
