Chris Brown just won a legal battle against his former manager who alleges that the singer beat him.

Last year, Mike Guirguis alleged Chris Brown locked him in a small room with him and pummeled his face. On top of suing him for assault, Guirguis, also known as Mike G, was suing Breezy for allegedly failing to pay commissions owed for personal services.

Yet, local outlet Encino Patch reports that court papers show Mike G lost his bid to seize $1.5 million in assets from the singer. Last week, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Chalfant rejected the motion brought by lawyers for Michael Guirguis and his firm, Nitevision Management. The motion sought the entertainer's assets in his deposit accounts and his interests in real estate but not his residence nor his earnings.

Mike G alleged that Breezy defamed him and his firm on Instagram. Apparently, Brown posted claims that he fired Nitevision because Guirguis stole money from him.

Meanwhile his former manager accused Brown of living beyond his means. He said Brown lost his Las Vegas residency at Drai's Beachclub and Nightclub in 2016 --  a contract that brought $3 million dollars a year. The singer, a huge draw in Vegas, got his gig back in February.
