Fab is facing four felony charges in relation to his alleged assault of Emily B.

Fabolous has been dealing with some serious legal troubles over the course of the year, stemming from the alleged assault of his girlfriend, Emily B. Although the two are back together, the rapper is facing some serious charges. According to TMZ, a grand jury has indicted Fabolous on four felony charges for the alleged assault.

A grand jury in New Jersey has indicted Fabolous on four felony charges last week including one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening and one count of possession of a weapon -- the scissors he brandished in the previously surfaced footage of his altercation with Emily B and her family.

All four charges that Fab's been indicted on are for third-degree crimes in the state of New Jersey. Each charge carries a max of a five-year sentence behind bars.

Emily B previously accused Fabolous of punching her in the face repeatedly and knocking out her teeth on March 7th which was a few months before the rapper got into a heated argument with his girlfriend and her father in their driveway. Fab's attorney referred to the incident as an argument and denied that the rapper committed any crimes.

Despite Fab's legal battle, fans are convinced that he and Emily B recently tied the knot. The rapper was seen at the BET Hip-Hop Awards with a diamond ring on his ring finger while fans noticed Emily B rocking a similar ring on the same finger last month.
