Davis wanted for alleged assault at a Virginia mall.

Undefeated boxing superstar Gervonta Davis reportedly has a warrant out for his arrest in Virginia, stemming from allegations that he assaulted another man at an ATM machine in an upscale mall on February 17. According to reports, Davis also "directed derogatory and offensive language at the officers in a public setting" once police arrived at the scene.

After completing an initial investigation, police went ahead an issued a warrant for Davis' arrest on one misdemeanor count of assault. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 1 year in jail and a $2,500 fine.

Davis, who boasts an unblemished 21-0 record as a boxer, is a two-time Super Featherweight world champion. He has won 20 of his 21 bouts by way of knockout, including his most recent first round victory against Hugo Ruiz.

The Floyd Mayweather protege could be in line for a mega fight against Golden Boy's Ryan Garcia, who is also unbeaten thus far in his young career. Garcia, 20, is 17-0 with 14 knockouts, and he's gunning for a showdown against Tank in the very near future. In fact, Garcia skipped out on a recent Golden Boy card to watch Davis' first-round TKO of Ruiz on February 9.

That said, there are several issues that need to be ironed out before that bout is booked, including a legal dispute between Mayweather and Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions.
