Kanye West seriously wants to become the next POTUS.

Anybody that heard Kanye West's now infamous speech at the VMA's a few years ago may not have actually believed that the man would eventually run for the Presidential Office. However, with Donald Trump being elected to the highest office in the entire country, anything is possible and Yeezy wants in on the glory. At first, the "XTCY" artist wanted to run in 2020, going up against Trump in a battle for the ages. Something clicked in him though and he realized that he would rather wait out another four years before taking on the most important job he's ever encountered. During a talk with DJ Pharris on Power 92 Chicago, Ye announced that he is pushing back his presidential bid to 2024.

Perhaps his love for Trump is so strong that he wants to see another four years of the man in charge or maybe he's just buttering up the people and giving them time to adjust to the idea of Kanye lounging in the Oval Office. The man seems entirely confident too, stating, "If I decide to do it, it will be done. I’m not going to try. Yes, 100 percent it could happen… 2024." Highsnobiety reported on the news, noting that Yeezy's primary concern will be healthcare. While he's down with Trump economic prowess, saying, "Trump ain't fuckin' up the paper," he would like to improve certain policies pertaining to the medical system. Perhaps free healthcare like his neighbors up North?

Would you vote for Yeezy in 2024? Personally, I think it would be glorious to watch this actually take place.
