Kodak Black joins Cardi B on the remix to her Summer smash "Bodak Yellow."

Well here it is. Just hours after catching wind of an upcoming Kodak Black remix to Cardi B’s Summer smash “Bodak Yellow,” the official record has arrived today.

The song, which recently went Gold a couple weeks ago & was praised by Janet Jackson over the weekend, has been sitting at the #2 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for the past week behind Taylor Swift's new single "Look What You Made Me Do," but this remix should give it an added push to help her get the #1 record in the country.

Coincidentally, the origin of the record goes back to Kodak Black’s “Flockin,” a record that Cardi eventually borrowed and turned into one of the biggest songs of this year. However, the song's producer JWhiteDidIT says otherwise and that he didn’t get the beat from “No Flockin.” "I wasn’t thinking about 'No Flockin' honestly," JWhiteDidIt said. "I honestly never heard the record personally until Cardi started doing her thing and started writing it. I guess she felt that vibe."

While the song is expected to become the #1 record in the country next week, Kodak looks to give it the necessary push by hoping on this new remix. Leaving the same chorus & beat intact, the Florida sensation adds his Southern touch to it, referencing Tay K & Cardi B in the process.

“Cardi B got the beat, told me re-rock the heat/ Try me, I'll do the race like I'm Tay-K/ There ain't no flockin over here, lil buddy/ All lil zombies over here, lil buddy,” he spits.

Available now on iTunes, take a listen to the upgraded remix and let us know what you think. Look for Cardi’s forthcoming album to be dropping later this Fall, rumored to be in October. Stay tuned.

Quotable Lyrics:

I ain't worried 'bout her, that's an old hoe
You thought I was comin' with my old flow
Kodak ain't comin', take no photo
I don't even pull up in a four door
I just hit a lick, hit the loco
All my life smokin' on JoJo
He was just posted with the door though
Now you gettin' stand by the popo
