Offset tells Ellen about why he got on stage with Cardi B during their breakup.

Much of Offset's new album Father Of 4 was written after the Migos rapper got into a serious car accident, crashing his whip and nearly losing his life. Thankfully, Offset is still with us today and he's able to speak about the incident and how it changed his life. During an appearance on The Ellen Show, Set discussed a few of the major topics surrounding him: his album, the accident and, of course, his relationship with Cardi B. During the couple's brief time apart, Offset actually tried to win back his wife by crashing her stage show at Rolling Loud Los Angeles, bringing along flowers that read out "Take Me Back Cardi." The moment was picked apart on the internet and finally, the Atlanta artist is speaking out about it.

The moment was awkward to watch with Cardi B looking visibly uncomfortable during the exchange. Clearly, she was not expecting it. When asked if he regrets going up on stage, Offset responded that at the end of the day, it was all about showing that he's not afraid of hiding his love for her. "I love my wife so it's serious. It's not a game to me," he said. "We have schedules and we have shows and I just felt like, if I gave a break between time, I can't give that break between time."

The rapper notes that the ensuing public criticism obviously wasn't his favorite thing in the world, saying that that's probably the reason why men generally don't show their vulnerability in public. "It's just me being vulnerable, I guess, and it kinda bit me with the response of the people," he said. "But that's why all men don't be trying to be vulnerable. Because when you do it, it's like there's something wrong with it either way."

During his interview with Ellen, Offset also presented the host with a $25K check to her foundation after jokingly handing her a stack of cash to stunt with. Watch the video below.
