Another R. Kelly sex tape has surfaced.

Michael Avenatti is on a mission to finally put R. Kelly behind bars following decades of accusations of the singer engaging in sexual acts with underage girls. After announcing a second sex tape was found, he revealed a third had surfaced showing the singer engaging in sexual acts with an underage girl exists.

Taking to Twitter over the weekend, Avenatti revealed that he was made aware of a third sex tape that exists that shows R. Kelly engaging in sexual acts with another underage girl. He said that they're currently working to retrieve the tape and hand it over to the police.

"We have become aware of the existence of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R Kelly, which we are presently working to recover and turnover to law enforcement." He wrote.

In a statement to Newsweek, Avenatti revealed that he's taking on the case for free.

"Due to the importance of ensuring justice is finally done in this matter and because we are deeply concerned that Mr. Kelly has not been held accountable for his sexual abuse of young African-American girls, whom are especially vulnerable, we have done so on a pro bono basis," he said. “Importantly, it has now resulted in the discovery of significant new evidence conclusively establishing Mr. Kelly’s illegal sexual assault of young girls.”

Earlier this week, Avenatti revealed that he has "substantial evidence" proving that R. Kelly tampered with the 2008 trial to gain his acquittal. "We have discovered substantial evidence that he and certain enablers engaged in systematic witness intimidation, evidence tampering, physical threats, and payments to witnesses," he said.
