Tekashi 6ix9ine just released his first track of 2020 and is now showing off a new hairstyle.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is back to his old ways and is now dominating the news cycle thanks to his triumphant return to Instagram live and the music world. In fact, 6ix9ine dropped his new track "GOOBA" this afternoon which has already racked up millions of plays on social media and streaming services. 6ix9ine also did a Livestream on IG which shattered the record for concurrent viewers. At the peak of the stream, he had 2 million people watching him speak.

Now, Tekashi is changing up his style completely. Aside from his various "69" tattoos, Tekashi's most distinct feature was his rainbow hair. Today, he decided to completely switch it up as his hairstylist got rid of the rainbow look and swapped for a half yellow-half purple look. If you're a Los Angeles Lakers fan, you will probably find this hairstyle to be incredibly blasphemous.

If today showed us anything, it's that Tekashi's popularity is still incredibly high despite everything that has happened since he was locked up back in 2018. Many hip-hop fans are angry with Tekashi for his snitching but 6ix9ine's most loyal supporters are still listening to everything he puts out.

Over the next few months, it will be interesting to see where he is able to take his career.
